Refund policy
At She’s Boujetto, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and return policy below:
Returns
- Items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags attached and in original packaging.
- Sale items, gift cards, and final sale products are not eligible for returns.
To initiate a return, email us at shesboujetto@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how to send the item back.
Refunds
- Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the status via email.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at shesboujetto@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we’ll make it right with a refund or replacement.
Shipping for Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
